This is the ALL NEW SpectraCoat™ ES-03 powder coating system, featuring our exclusive FARADAY WAVE™ board, designed and manufactured by Powder System Solutions. It boasts a full 0-100 KV adjustable gun output with the simplicity of use and unrivaled performance you expect from an authentic PSS powder coating system. This model comes standard with our electronic FARADAY WAVE™ feature to help combat Faraday Cage Effect. An industry first, the FARADAY WAVE™ feature produces a perfect transfer of powder coating paint to normally problematic Faraday Cage areas including tight corners and concave surfaces. With the revolutionary FARADAY WAVE™ feature enabled, the gun output voltage will automatically cycle through a user defined and selected KV range creating a barrage of unlike charged powder particles thereby eliminating like-charged powder particle repulsion a.k.a. Faraday Cage Effect. On FARADAY WAVE™ equipped units, this feature doubles as a multiple coat setting for top coating purposes. A unique feature of the ES-03 is the option for further fine tuning adjustment of the FARADAY WAVE™ feature via a controllable FARADAY WAVE™ cycle interval of 0.3-1.0 seconds. This is the time it will take the unit to cycle through the KV range as selected by the user.

Being a true, professional grade system, the ES-03 provides constant fluidization right out of the box. The purpose of fluidization is two fold. First, it allows powder coatings to easily be transported from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency. Second, fluidization serves to precondition the powder, breaking up agglomerations, removing absorbed moisture, and improving the handling and flow of the material. Since the ES-03 is specifically designed to work with the included 2 lb constant fluidizing hopper and machined aluminum powder pump, the new controller design sports 4 separate air regulators with built in gauges to independently control Feed Air, Dosage Air, Rinse Air, and Fluidizing Pressure. Finally, no need for an external air supply and regulator to control your fluidizing hopper. Of course, this system comes with our hopper style gun.
