High Gloss Polyester TGIC Weather Resistant Powder Coating for Interior and Exterior Applications

This product is transparent. A reflective base coat is needed for full color to show. If being applied over polished aluminum or chrome base, no base coat is required.

Cure Schedule = 400F/10 min @ Part Metal Temperature
Gloss Level = 95%+ on 60 Degree Meter Scale
Recommended Mil Thickness = 1.8 - 2.4 mils
Specific Gravity = 1.20 - 1.80
Theoretical Coverage = 60.1 sq. ft.
Salt Spray Results = 1,000+ hours
