Shipping and Return Policy
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TESTING POWDER BEFORE APPLYING THE PRODUCT. POWDER BUY THE POUND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CORRECTING POWDER COATING JOBS.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of high temp powders from May 1 – September 30, expedited shipping is recommended and should not be shipped over the weekend. We are not responsible for heat damage and product loss due to other shipping methods used.
Any errors in shipment or quality issues must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment.
We cannot accept any powder, liquid, chemical, or hazardous material returns.
All returns require a Return Authorization number before they can be returned to Powder Buy the Pound. Please contact Customer Service by calling 615-776-7600 to receive a Return Authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. No RAs will be issued after 30 days from date of invoice. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. You will need to have a copy of your invoice to return the item.
All returned products will be subject to inspection and evaluation by the applicable department manager. Only after inspection will a decision of whether to issue a credit or not will be determined. Damages, defects or missing documentation may result in denial of credit. If the returned product does not pass inspection, it will not be eligible for credit under any circumstances.
If it does not pass inspection, you will be notified of such via email. Powder Buy The Pound will hold products deemed ineligible for return for 15 business days during which the customer may request re-shipment. Customer forfeits right to product or credit if re-shipment instructions are not given within 15 business days.
